Your Role and Responsibilities

The IBM Sustainability Software business unit is seeking talented and motivated Software Development managers to lead a strong agile development organization focused on delivering Waste & Water Management solutions through enahcing capabilities from IBM Envizi, IBM Maximo Monitor & Tririga.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent and timely delivery of new product capabilities including cross portfolio integration and data flows. You will manage the team using scrum agile methodologies and provide necessary mentorship & support to your employees. You will be hands on with strong technical skills to effectively support your teams execution planning. You'll closely collaborate with the broader Product Management, Design, Development teams and ensure all dependencies are met.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to IBM's Sustainability Software unit with major new capabilities that leverage foundational capabilities from Envizi, Maximo and Tririgra.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

7+ years experience in technical program/project management in a software development setting
- Ability to drive sprint-level prioritization.
- Ability to coordinate strategic projects across multiple development teams.
- Curious, task-oriented, and a self-starter, with a proven track record of “getting things done”

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience in data-driven product development
- Experience in managing support for large solution.
- Experience in managing service-based development projects/programs
