**This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Development Manager to join a multi-billion, mixed-use development in Saudi Arabia.**:
Reporting to the Development Director you will have a deep understanding of the development of large mixed-use projects and be involved in an amazing, impactful and career-defining project.
You will have the opportunity to work with the development team to manage the feasibility analysis for elements of the development project, aligning the feasibility with the development strategy and investment budget. You will also be responsible for developing the architectural, interior design, landscape, and engineering plans, curating the design vision in accordance with the development strategy, and executing best-in-class design strategies.
- You will have a minimum of 8+ years development experience, with a broad range of experience in design and development management, and construction.
- You must also have a general working knowledge of the life cycle of the construction development process, from project inception to management of the asset.
- Strong design experience is required and excellent problem-solving skills, creativity, as well as a deep understanding of the development process.
