**Job Description**:
Our client: A niche marketing communications agency making waves in the Saudi market is looking for a Senior Creative professional to lead their team.

Your role: As a Creative Director, you will play a key role in spearheading the organization’s creative vision, strategy, and execution of the brands to keep them standing out in the crowded market. You will be naturally shaped to a fast-moving action and an expert in establishing the visual identity and emotion of the brands. You would be managing a high-performing and passionate team; you would also interface with the clients. Partnering closely with the Managing Director and your peers in Digital and client servicing; you will deliver creative output across a range of innovative projects and ensure that the output is top-notch. Fun, empowering environment on offer along with handsome financials to boot. It is an agile team with big goals.

Must-haves: We are looking for a leader with at least 10+ years of experience in creative roles from a mix of an agency and client-side background. You have excellent team leadership experience and a portfolio of work that speaks for itself. Your passion is exploring the edges of brand expression to shape culture memorably. You should have an active imagination and attention to detail. Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Arabic.
