**Your Role and Responsibilities**
We help transform the service process - and are looking for Business

Transformation Consultant with deep customer service skills to advise our clients on
this process & technology transformation. Additional responsibilities can include

development and management of business processes including quality assurance,

business controls and procedures.

Your Roles and Responsibilities
- Ability to be a part of complex Customer Experience Transformation engagements within the digital channel implementation, process transformation, customer service operations.
- Workshop planning, facilitation, and/or participation, both internal and external.
- Engage in requirement analysis for Digital Transformation and BPM, documenting usage and business case, and convert user requirements to functional requirements.
- Hands-on work creating business transformative consulting deliverables as required by client engagements.
- Work with client business and broader IBM transformation team to establish and gain consensus on project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
- Support the design, development, delivery, and management of all engagement activities, including communications working closely with broader IBM Transformation team.
- Develop a Change Management Plan to drive faster adoption and higher utilization of process/system changes.
- Work closely with the IBM program manager and help reporting weekly status and project updates.
- Support training efforts by managing the development and deployment of training materials using effective training channels.
- Work with key stakeholders to establish and maintain the commitment necessary to address workforce transition challenges that might arise due to digital transformation.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- 5+ years of consulting experience.
- Pragmatism in negotiating tradeoffs and plans, informed by stakeholder inputs.
- Ability to design and execute digital transformation initiatives for our clients, co-piloting with a team across IBM’s different capabilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively and influence others.
- Ability to collaborate and work with geographically spread cross-functional, multi-cultural / diverse teams.
- Demonstrate capability to perform task independently with thought leadership.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Fluency in Arabic and English in both verbal and written communication.
- Experience in Customer Experience Transformation and Business Processes Analysis / Design.
- Structured thinking to problem solving as well as deep analytical skills to ensure recommendations are informed by data and insights.
**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Good understanding of COPC Customer Experience Standards and exposure to Genesys omnichannel engagement center solution.
- Knowledge of Design Thinking Principles, Change Management models.
- Certified Six-Sigma Black Belt
- Experience in building storyboards for client presentations, developing deep analysis that have quantitative and qualitative value, and using financial tooling such as process mining and benchmark databases and defend points of view to business leaders and team members.
- Mental curiosity to question, research, clearly define problems, and work out innovation solutions, with a strong bias for action.

The role is based in Jeddah.
