**Role Description**:
As an Account Manager - Government, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with government clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact, understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions to address their cybersecurity challenges.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within government agencies.
- Serve as the main point of contact for government clients and address their cybersecurity needs.
- Actively engage with clients to understand their goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with technical teams to propose tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
- Identify additional opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.
- **Account Planning and Forecasting**:
- Develop and execute account plans to meet revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify potential threats or opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the government sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating new business.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions and services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
