**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Business Development**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets to drive company growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and contracts to potential clients.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic business plans and goals.
- **Marketing Strategy**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote PetroRaq’s services.
- Manage the company’s brand image and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
- **Client Management**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Gather client feedback and insights to improve service offerings and client relations.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the engineering and project management teams to align business development and marketing efforts with project capabilities and goals.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a cohesive approach to business development and marketing.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and marketing, preferably in the construction or engineering sectors.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful business and marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of the design engineering and construction industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using marketing and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
