**Senior Technical Support Engineer***

As a global team, we design and deliver surface pressure control equipment, as well as support field maintenance, commissioning, and de-commissioning. Innovating in the energy industry, surface pressure control capabilities are industry-leading.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Ensuring compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process.
- Ensuring product design is meet API 6A latest edition specification.
- Designing a job program, including risk mitigation plans and contingency plans, that can meet the client's objective and maximize revenue potential and ensure future job assignments for Baker Hughes.
- Providing on-demand support in accordance with product portfolio or on-call schedule for job execution.
- Ensuring timely incident management to enable fast customer issue resolution and cash collection

**Fuel your passion**

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics.
- Have excellent leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skills.
- Have 10 years of experience with Surface Wellhead and Christmas Tree product, with deep knowledge with API 6A and API 16A standard.
- Have experience with 3D models and 2D machine detail drawings using CAD software.
- Have thorough understanding of P/L and technical job planning requirements.
- Have the ability to travel (potential for travel to rig sites, customer facilities, meetings, training, etc.).
