**THE ROLE**

**KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to define recruitment needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies and ensure competitiveness in attracting top talent.

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role, specifically in the public communications field.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices, particularly in attracting communications professionals.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive recruitment information.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering high-quality talent solutions.
