Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Formulate Company strategy and ensure the effective translation of the overall strategic direction from the Board of Directors into actionable business plans.
- Carry out the instructions of the Board of Directors in an effective, efficient and timely manner, thus adding value to the company business.
- Developed high level relationship with strategic partners and stakeholders.
- Implement strategies for generating desired result for the Company to meet commitments to all stakeholders.
- Oversee business operations across the Company to ensure efficiency, quality, service and cost-effective management of resources.
- Ensure the Company budgets and plans are implemented effectively through the coordination with various Department heads.
- Act as a great communicator and change agent, coordinating change efforts across the Company, while ensuring that concerned parties including the Board, customers and staff are rapidly informed of events that will have a major impact on the way that the business is managed.
- Give a direction to the process of culture building and re-enforcement and actively support in establishing an appropriate, professional and people-friendly culture and work environment within the company.
- Act as a key representative and spokesperson for the company in business forums and public meetings, positioning the company’s image as a good corporate entity that practices effective corporate governance and generates value.
- Experience in Managing Real Estate development company.
- Hands-on development for Mega-Projects.
- Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures (P&L).
- Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities.
- Creates initiatives to take advantage of market opportunities, reduce operational threats, forestall business risks, and maximizes core strengths.

Technical Knowledge:
Real Estate and Development Knowledge: In-depth understanding of real estate markets, property valuation, and the development process.
Financial Management: Strong financial acumen to manage budgets, financial models, and overall project profitability. Experience in securing financing, negotiating deals, and managing financial risks associated with property
development.
Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies to oversee multiple development projects simultaneously. Ability to coordinate and manage various stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and consultants.
Market Analysis: Skill in conducting market research and analysis to identify potential development opportunities. Understanding of trends and dynamics in the real estate market that may impact property development decisions.
Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with national regulations governing property development and
ability to navigate legal complexities, permits, and compliance issues.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to deal with property acquisitions, partnerships, and other business transactions and ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Construction Knowledge: Basic understanding of construction processes, materials, and best practices. Ability to
assess and manage construction risks and challenges.
Technology and Innovation: Awareness of technological advancements in real estate, such as property management software, construction technology, and smart building solutions.
Risk Management: Skilled in identifying and mitigating risks associated with property development projects. Experience in developing and implementing risk management strategies.
Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and execute a long-term strategic vision for the company. Skilled in making
data-driven decisions and adapting strategies based on market conditions.

Qualifications:

- Saudi National (is Preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Architect and (MBA is preferred) and equivalent

experience with a minimum of 20 years of related experience.
- Extensive management experience (10+ years)
- Extensive Real Estate Industry experience.
- Strong visionary with proven leadership qualities and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Professional expertise, financial orientation, self-starting initiative, cross cultural awareness, organizational

astuteness and team spirit.
- Ability to select, develop and motivate necessary management talent to maintain the company's overall

objectives.
- Strong interpersonal skills such as leadership, communication, persuasion, motivation, loyalty, and openness.
- Experience in the Saudi Market is required.
