**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Put the EHS Policy into implementation and assume all responsibilities assigned in the EHS MS.
- Roll out all new EHS related systems, communicate all EHS information as per the system to enhance the EHS awareness, and encourage participation and communicate all related concerns to National EHS manager.
- Develop plans and conduct audits against all applicable EHS systems and standard including but not limited to OHSAS 18001, PepsiCo GEHSMS and EHS standards and ensure related action plans have been developed and implemented in a timely manner so that compliance gaps are closed and risks are fully mitigated.
- Fully utilize PepsiCo EHS Diagnostic and audit tools to ensure full compliance with the corporate EHS global metrics and audit methodologies.
- Build auditing capabilities among the EHS team and utilize them in the internal audits.
- Manage all external EHS related audits. Act as the first contact point with EH&S 3rd party and 2nd party accreditation and audit bodies nationally and internationally (OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, PepsiCo GEHSMS, FM Global, etc.).
- Develop and communicate timely audit reports.
- Leverage EHS best practices and effective processes identified through audits.
- Verify and validate undertaken actions to ensure their effectiveness on delivering required improvements.
- Any other actions or responsibilities assigned by the direct manager that is in line and supports the job main purpose.

**Qualifications**
- Strong people management skills in creating a participative environment and a high-performance team with an experience of +5 years in a managerial position preferably in the same field.
- Auditing qualification (OHSAS 18001 lead auditor or equivalent).
- Problem solving and strong analytical thinking (root-cause analysis, setting action plans etc.).
- The ability to systemize processes through developing the systems, putting them into implementation, and ensuring their sustainability.
- Self-starter able to work independently with a high degree of business savvy.
- Technical Audit Skills and experience.
- Excellent Planning & Organizing skills, project management & change management capability.
- Excellent communication and presenting skills and the ability to engage with and influence the behaviours of others internally and externally without direct reporting relationship.
- Knowledge of EHS applicable legislations.
- Recognised EHS qualification; NEBOSH IGC3 at a minimum and preferably NEBOSH diploma.
- Excellent command of English language and literacy in computer usage.
- Ability to coach and support others to ensure requirements understood/met.
- Engineering background is preferred.
