Key Responsibilities

Role Overview
  • Assist the EHS Manager in developing and implementing comprehensive EHS policies and procedures.
  • Lead the SIG Excellence System (SES) implementation through the EHS pillar, driving excellence throughout the organization.
  • Develop and lead a Behavior Based Safety (BBS) program to enhance workers' safety culture.
  • Conduct regular site audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and relevant regulations.
  • Deliver EHS training programs for employees, focusing on safe work practices, emergency procedures, and environmental impact reduction.
  • Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, or environmental spills, report findings, and assist in implementing preventive measures based on investigation outcomes.
  • Support risk assessment activities by identifying potential workplace hazards and assisting in the development of risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate in the development and promotion of sustainability projects, such as waste reduction, energy efficiency, and resource conservation.
  • Support the development and implementation of required EHS Operational Expenses (OpEx) & Capital Expenses (CapEx) Projects, reporting progress and ensuring completion.
