**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**

An exciting opportunity has come forth for Key Accounts Manager leading Key Account (Panda) in KSA. This role reports to the National Modern Trade Manager for Saudi Arabia.

The roles’ purpose is to super charge Net Sales / Profitability growth of the account while delivering perfect in store execution to strengthen the Brands presence and drive Market Share Growth.
- Plan, Lead & Execute on annual Business Objectives.
- Lead a team of 2 Sales Reps and orchestrate cross functional communication to streamline the execution with the account.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**

Sales & Annual Target Delivery
- Deliver Net Sales Target by Category in line with the OGSM
- Negotiate & Sign-off Annual Business Development Agreement
- Execute Promotion Guidelines in Line with company direction and objectives
- Manage In-Store Execution, Activations and Flyer Planning
- Enhance GM% through RGM - Promotion Initiatives
- Ensure 100% Accurate re-conciliation with ZERO dispute Cases by year end
- Lead, Coach & Develop the field sales reps
- Manage day to day operations (Weekly Order Cycle, NPI Listing, Shelf Share / Market Share execution, DC Deliveries, etc.)
- Monthly Forecast Accuracy (Bottom ups Review) to ensure +90% Compliance (Sales Vs. Plan)

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- Approx 3-5 years of core FMCG experience (MNC, Local Distributor or Retailer, preferably in Home / Personal Care.
- University Degree (BBA or equivalent)
- Previous Sales & Negotiation Experience
- Saudi Market Experience
- Saudi national only, fluent in English, Arabic.
- Based in Jeddah or open to relocation to Jeddah
