**Job Description**:

- Responsible for turnover and achieving annual & monthly sales target
- Develop, implement and follow-up each country strategy within agreed budget
- Implement Channel Strategy and develop/manage local customer portfolio by increasing share of wallet with existing customers and identifying additional business opportunities with new customers/verticals/influencers
- Submit business plan with regular updates, on how to develop the new created end user accounts and materialize the work into business value within given specific timeframes.
- Building strong relationships with the biggest audiovisual/conference related End users, consultants & SI's in the region, including regular visits, technology updates
- Hunting and developing new end user accounts for conference systems in given countries/territories. Mainly in government, education, banking, events and commercial verticals.
- Making sure that the latest and most updated Bosch conference specifications are continuously listed with the active audiovisual consultants/End users in the region, with regular well-timed updates on the listings according to Bosch technology roadmap and new product introductions.
- Good conference technologies knowledge, able to carry a convincing technology pitch independently.
- Develop, implement and follow-up on local customer strategies and marketing initiatives
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer/end-user needs, local product requirements
- Support cross-border and cross-business unit opportunities

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Management; MBA is a plus

Additional Information
- Preferred Arabic speaking & English
- At least 7-10 year experience in sales & business development and/or strategic marketing, preferably in high-tech AUDIO/VISUAL multinational companies
- Excellent customer orientation and networking skills
- Excellent team player and multi-tasking skills
- High degree of self-motivation & accuracy, perform well under pressure, flexibility, self-confidence, high willingness to learn, travel, result-orientation, self-organized
