As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll be responsible for helping to maintain and develop Twinkl’s thriving online Arabic-speaking community in the Middle East. Your time will be spent working on creating content for our social media platforms, outreach, coming up with innovative ideas and new ways to engage with and grow these communities, and reaching people beyond them. You’ll be able to use your creativity to create innovative, engaging content to showcase our current Twinkl resources and products in inspirational and eye-catching ways to our followers.

**Who are we looking for?**

You will also possess an excellent command of written and spoken Arabic, while also being able to use different types of software to create appealing and eye-catching visual assets (like images and videos).

Someone outspoken, who can participate in activities ranging from webinars and live sessions with educational experts to reading sessions of Arabic e-books for children Therefore, experience in primary and early education settings and/or in working with children is highly desirable

**Your weekly activity could include**:

- Outreaching to groups, influencers and partnerships
- Developing innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and projects
- Developing new ways to engage and grow different social media platforms
- Creating original social media content - engagement posts, assets, creative visuals, sharing user generated content, making videos, blogs etc.
- Developing new channels to market (like TikTok, X -formerly known as Twitter, Youtube)
- Supporting others with their innovative ideas
- Spotting trends within the Middle East and beyond, and being able to respond/ pivot quickly to make the most of these trends.
- Interacting with customers on social media platforms, being the voice of Twinkl and offering advice and support where needed
- Building up the social media channels and increasing our following
- Copywriting for social media feed posts
- Scheduling content for publishing and creating product-launch campaigns
- Gathering insights from our community to share with your team

**To succeed in the role, you will**:

- Have excellent written and verbal command of Arabic.
- Have excellent spelling and grammar.
- Be able to spot and execute opportunities consistently - each and every day
- Be a fantastic communicator who thrives when working in a close-knit team.
- Be passionate about using social media to create strong and supportive communities.
- Be able to work under own initiative with minimum supervision but also as part of a team
- Be organised and adaptive, able to work to tight deadlines and manage your time effectively.
- Be able to work collaboratively.
- Deliver to high-standards of quality (both in written posts, visual assets and video assets)

**You’ll work with**:
You’ll be part of the International Growth Team: a fast-growing and dynamic team who focus on developing the growth of Twinkl and creating teaching resources to help teachers and educators in the Middle East.

You will work in the international growth team, alongside Country Managers in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait. The team is made up of marketeers, managers, teachers and designers who are focused on creating teaching resources and products for educators in the Middle East. We are a friendly and fun team who put innovation at the forefront of everything we do.

**Requirements**:
**Your main KPIs will be**:

- Growth of social media channels;
- Success metrics involving website traffic, engagement and conversions;
- Content Output (webinars, live sessions, reels and videos, number of ambassadors and collaborators)
