**Our client**:
Our client, one of the worlds largest manufacturers within the optical space, are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager for their team in KSA.
You will be assisting in coordinating all trade marketing activities for the business and responsible for local brand development in your area/region.
This position also develops and executes in-store communication strategies to generate interest and demand for our products in the market.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Development of different strategies according to channel of trade (independent clients, top accounts, key accounts, distributors) according to corporate and brand guidelines
- Responsible for point of sale standardization in terms of brand visibility and presentation quality:
- Responsible for permanent and dedicated space creation inside and in the windows of top quality stores;
- Organize, supervise and coordinate consumer activities and promotions
- Briefing, monitoring & coordinating with vendors making sure deadlines and quality are respected.
- Mapping of the current distribution network and evaluating alternative opportunity;
- Prepare and track trade marketing budget and provide regular updates on the status.
- Responsible to raise PORs for all trade marketing related costs and expenses on respective company portal.
- Lead, manage the process of Segmentation of the main client clusters in the assigned market/hub/area. Starting with Lenses category and expandable to Frames.
- Develop, implement and manage of the local trade marketing plan following international guidelines and adapts the plan to the different channels-clients/brands requirements;
- Monitor the main ad-hoc activities in assigned clients;
- Set up a coherent policy for the planning and distribution of the brand point of purchase materials;
- Supervise and follow up of the trade marketing budget allocated at the beginning of the year and monitoring the successive updating and revision phases.
- Regular (weekly, monthly) market visits to various cities to evaluate executions, identify opportunities and monitor competitor activities. Followed by provision of regular market visit reports and action plans.
- Identify & evaluate best practices from similar categories and adapt them to company's business model and opportunities based on market needs & our brand guidelines.
- Assess the capabilities, develop new vendors to constantly improve the in-store communication tools and services to the market.
- Hands on approach to help and guide the clients / vendors while working with new seasonal campaigns, permanent execution for various POS setting realistic expectations
- Regular external alignments with partners and vendors on marketing initiative execution status.
**Your Qualifications**:
- 4+ years experience in Trade Marketing in Optical, FMCG, beauty/ cosmetics or other premium products.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing trade marketing strategies.
- Experience in managing trade marketing campaigns, promotions, and activities.
- Familiarity with market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the industry.
- Strong understanding of retail channels and distribution networks.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
- Knowledge of trade marketing tools and techniques, including POS materials, merchandising, and sales collateral.
- Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives.
- Experience in budget management and allocation for trade marketing activities.
- Experience in managing relationships with retailers, distributors, and other trade partners.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or similar
- Language: Arabic compulsory
