- Identify and evaluate new service offerings or market segments to expand SEA Advisory's reach and impact, particularly in areas related to human capital development and community engagement.
- Effectively communicate the strategic vision and goals of the firm to internal and external stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and client-centricity within the firm.
- ** Business Development and Sales**:

- Lead the firm's business development efforts, developing and implementing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Proactively identify and pursue new consulting engagements, building a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Develop compelling proposals and presentations to secure new clients and expand existing accounts, highlighting SEA Advisory's expertise in human capital and community engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations, particularly within government agencies.
- Negotiate contracts and manage client billing to ensure timely payments.
- ** Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and providing timely updates on project progress.
