SHC is a leading Management Consulting firm, and this role is crucial in ensuring smooth and impactful events that meet our clients' objectives.

As an Events & Conferences Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning and execution, including budgeting, venue selection, vendor coordination, logistics management, and on-site event management. You will work closely with clients to understand their event goals and objectives and develop creative event solutions that deliver exceptional experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with clients to understand event goals, objectives, and requirements
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for each event
- Manage all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, vendor sourcing, and budgeting
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution
- Oversee logistics, including event setup, AV requirements, catering, and transportation
- Manage event registration, attendee communication, and feedback collection
- Prepare and deliver event materials, such as agendas, programs, and name badges
- Provide on-site event management and coordinate event day operations
- Ensure events meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and client expectations
- Conduct post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for future improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event management

**Requirements**:

- +10 years of experience in event management
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Proficiency in event management software and tools
- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing event requirements
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box to create engaging event experiences
