Tahaluf is a leader in conference production and management, delivering high-profile events that set the standard for excellence. Our team is passionate about creating memorable experiences that exceed client expectations, and we are seeking a talented Senior Conference Producer to join our ranks.

About the Role
You will be responsible for managing conference tracks, speakers, and budgets for large-scale events with over 10,000 attendees. You will work closely with our sales team to generate new business ideas and enhance our conference portfolio. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with speakers, exhibitors, and delegates will ensure seamless event execution.
This role requires at least 6 years of experience in events management, with a proven track record of delivering conferences within tight deadlines. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential, with good understanding of Asian markets, particularly China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage conference tracks, speakers, and budgets for large-scale events with over 10,000 attendees
- Work closely with the sales team to generate new business ideas and enhance the conference portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with speakers, exhibitors, and delegates
- Ensure seamless event execution, with attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
