Supervisor, HR Onboarding
**Role Summary**:
Responsibilities include coordinating the training of new hires, developing SAFE policies, and processing employment documentation. Assist new hires in adjusting to their work environment while ensuring that SAFE hiring practices conform to labor regulations.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Plan and execute orientation programs for new hires, including activities for their first day, first week, first month, and first quarter. Communicate with new hires before their start date to provide necessary information such as work schedules and contact details. Organize orientation sessions for new employees.
- Organize orientation sessions for new employees.
- Create and maintain the SAFE employee handbook.
- Welcome new hires with onboarding welcome kits, provide office tours, introduce them to current employees, and ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
- Enter new employees' information into the company's payroll or ERP system.
- Stay updated with the latest methods to enhance the onboarding process.
- Provide new hires with essential documents and technical assistance to set up their hardware and software. Collect and file new hire paperwork, including nondisclosure agreements and contracts.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in various rules.
**Required Skills**:
- Strong verbal & written communication skills in both English & Arabic.

Maintains current knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements relevant to own fields, such as labor law, regulatory framework, standards, policies, and procedures **.**
**Records Management and Information Systems**:
Maintain working knowledge of records management, policies, and procedures. Understands how to use and operate within the organization's HR information system and related technologies. Demonstrates a concern for accuracy and thoroughness so that sufficiently detailed information is logged correctly.
**Business Consultation and HR Analytics**:
Ability to utilize functional knowledge in measuring, evaluating, analyzing, and reporting the impact of HR metrics to improve the organization's workforce performance and enable evidence-based decision-making. And to advise stakeholders, inform pol[1]icy development and intervention plans, and develop HR strategies.
