**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment & Onboarding**:

- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the company culture.
- Maintain an updated record of staffing needs and assist in workforce planning.
- **Employee Relations**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related concerns or grievances.
- Handle employee issues in a fair and consistent manner, working to resolve conflicts and ensure a positive work environment.
- Promote employee engagement and satisfaction through effective communication and initiatives.
- **Performance Management**:

- Assist store managers with performance evaluations and provide support in developing improvement plans for underperforming employees.
- Monitor and track employee performance metrics to ensure high standards of service and productivity.
- Implement recognition programs and provide feedback to employees to maintain high morale.
- **Training & Development**:

- Coordinate training programs for new hires and existing employees, ensuring they are aligned with company policies and operational standards.
- Support career development initiatives and offer growth opportunities for employees.
- Maintain training records and track employee progress.
- **Compliance & Policies**:

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
- Update and enforce store HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping related to employee attendance, leave, and other HR functions.
- **Payroll & Benefits Administration**:

- Assist with processing payroll, including ensuring that employee hours, overtime, and attendance are accurately tracked.
- Address inquiries related to benefits, compensation, and payroll deductions.
- **Reporting**:

- Maintain HR reports and provide regular updates to senior management regarding staffing levels, turnover, and other HR metrics.
- Assist in HR audits as required.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: At least 2-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a retail or hypermarket environment.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: From ﷼1,800.00 per month
