Sales Development Representative

At Sabbar, you will be that friendly voice Your job as a Sales Development Representative will start by prospecting for leads to reach out to. Once obtaining their contact info, you'll reach out to them to qualify a match with our ideal customer profile (ICP), then you'll be an amazing goal achiever by setting the first meeting between them and one of our closers (Sales Executives) You'll be the first line in introducing the power of flexibility empowered by technology to medium and large enterprises in F&B, retail, hospitality, and entertainment.
The SDR role is crucial to our Sales organization to unlock the potential of the entire team via achieving a maximum capacity of our closers through qualified leads. **Responsibilities**
- Contact in-bound prospects to qualify each before processing them
- Prospect out-bound leads and obtain contact info
- Qualify each prospect via matching them with our ICP
- Create a profile for each qualified prospect in our CRM
- Schedule first meeting between qualified leads and our closers
- Be an amazing goal achiever

- Achieve weekly number of prospects
- Make the weekly number of calls
- Close the weekly number of first touchpoint meetings

**Must Have**:
- Bachelor degree majoring in Business Administration or equivalent
- A true love for meeting new people, and making them your best friends

- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent English & Arabic communication skills
- Strong team spirit
**Nice to Have**:
- Domain knowledge in F&B, Retail or Entertainment
