As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
**Your new role, what's involved?**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Identify and target key clients and stakeholders within the transport and infrastructure sector in Saudi Arabia.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and positioning our services as solutions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential competitors.
- Collaborate closely with the project delivery teams to understand project requirements and contribute to the development of tailored proposals and presentations.
- Lead the preparation and submission of bids, tenders, and proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and deadlines.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, working closely with legal and finance teams to finalize terms and conditions.
- Track and monitor the progress of business development activities, regularly reporting on key metrics and performance indicators.
- Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and market dynamics, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and foster new partnerships.
**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering preferred, however can consider Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management within the engineering consultancy sector, with a focus on transport and infrastructure projects.
- In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market, including key clients, competitors, and industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
- Saudi national.
