IT Helpdesk Technician

**Responsibilities**:
**Essential Job Functions**:

- Responsible for monitoring Help Desk Ticket System, fielding Help Desk support calls, providing end user support, and file archiving and retrieving
- Provides user support (Hardware and Software) for all office locations including remote work from home (WFH)
- Load/unload/upgrade system software/hardware as required
- Assists in preventative maintenance of computers (hardware and software)
- Deploys team oriented problem solving
- Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
**Education**:

- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Science Technology

**Experience**:

- 5+ years progressive work experience in Information Technology
- Experience working in a multicultural environment

**Skills/Competencies**:

- Must be able to read, write and speak English
