Job Title: Sales Head & National Key Account Head

**Job Description**:
- Manage and develop Consumer/Prescription business
- P&L and Marketing
- Influence, implement and execute the global marketing strategy
- Manage sales and marketing team and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision ,values and compliance processes.
- Lead, develop and manage key account managers in the country/cluster to optimize sales and revenue opportunities across Galderma portfolio,
- Build long-term partnerships with customers and create cross-functional harmony across divisions on account level.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design, propose and direct sales, commercial policy plans in accordance with corporate strategy and collaborating with different functions - Lead, measure, develop sales teams.
- Manage, steer and drive key accounts via the relevant teams.
- Responsible for delivery of Sales plans, annual / quarterly / monthly sales targets, and other SF KPIs
- Lead Key Account Managers to develop and continuously improve strategic business relationships with Accounts/Key Accounts to contribute to company vision and enhance sales & profitability across portfolio.
- Ensure the achievement of assigned business goals, sales targets and KPIs.
- Build & drive the implementation of joint business plans with Key Account Managers (KAM’s).
- Lead KAM’s to build internal collaboration across their Account teams, Business managers and Enabling functions (training, marketing, finance, supply chain etc.) to drive implementation of strategic account plans
- Monitor and ensure the continuous engagement with accounts/key accounts enabling the execution of planned strategies to develop mutual profitable business & gather information for future business initiatives.
- Gather business intelligence, monitor competitor activity and build revised action plans for improved performance across accounts of responsibility.
Management of product portfolio
- Management of a distribution and sub-distribution network
- Responsible for budget and P&L for the relevant assortment.
- In charge of shaping the market, assessing, promoting and monitoring (patient) demand with disciplined tracking of KPIs
- Work closely with customer service / order entry function (in Finance)
- Other Tasks
- Define annual plans and budgets per product - assess the progress of plans, follow up and sales output and implement corrective action if necessary
- Identify target customers, develop a network of relations with healthcare professionals and identify and maintain strong links with KOLs
- Define promotional policy in line with overall company policy.
- Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
- Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate market
- Drive the team to increase productivity through targeted strategies to increase patient demand at clinic and pharmacy levels.
- Proactively recognize change in market and propose respective action plan
- Mentor, coach and provide service to sales team ,ensure that they meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
