Sales Operations Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and update our CRM system, keeping all sales team information up-to-date.
- Follow up on sales executive's outdoor visits by coordinating with potential customers & service providers and make sure all assigned tasks are well completed.
- Implement & follow up on the sales cycle with Sales executives & SDRs following sales procedures and processes.
- Monitor & respond to customer's requests & inquiries on different sales channels to enhance sales team performance.
- Prepare reports on sales team performance on a monthly basis and communicate it with the sales manager.
- Handle customer's complaints on & off company premises by being the primary point of contact for clients and escalate to department heads if required.
- Perform any needed operational-related sales tasks.
- Prepare, revise and finalize sales contracts.
- Promote awareness of the company's brand image.
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of experience in sales/operations
- Proficient in Microsoft skills and CRM software (Hubspot).
- Solid grasp of B2B sales and outdoor sales
- Excellent communication & presentation skills (verbal and written).
- Proactive and self-starter.
- Very well organized and prioritized.
- Must have a KSA driving license
