We are a startup business consultancy firm seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Operations & Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for handling administrative activities, addressing client inquiries, coordinating operations, and pitching to potential clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and execute administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate operational activities, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, pitching our services and generating new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client experiences.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales & operational roles, preferably in a client-facing environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively pitch to potential clients.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer service-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced startup environment.

**Salary**: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (required)
- Operations: 2 years (preferred)
