Job Summary:
As an Account Manager at Allwood Trading, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and business development activities for our timber trading company. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our products and services in the construction, building materials, packaging, wood products manufacturing, and related industries. This is a remote work position based in Riyadh, KSA, with occasional travel required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sales and Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to generate revenue and achieve targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base and penetrate new markets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their requirements, provide product information, address inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Client Meetings and Presentations: Schedule and conduct client meetings, both in-person and remotely. Deliver compelling presentations and showcase the benefits of our offerings.
- Sales Negotiations: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Prepare and present proposals and quotations, taking into consideration customer needs and company objectives.
- Order Processing and Management: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, including accurate documentation, timely shipment, and delivery of products. Use CRM tools and other software to track orders, update customer information, and maintain sales records.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Identify opportunities for product and service enhancements or diversification.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management. Provide insights and recommendations for sales strategy improvement and achievement of sales targets.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team, operations, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experience and maximise business growth.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management roles, preferably in the timber trading industry or related sectors. (3-5 years)
- Education: Undergraduate degree in a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Arabic. Ability to effectively communicate with clients in a professional manner.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, meet targets, and negotiate effectively. Knowledge of sales techniques, market dynamics, and customer relationship management.
- Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and remotely. Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Availability for Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
