**About The Role**
Foodics is looking for a smart synthesizer who would act as the in-house research center responsible for creating a better understanding of the Market and clients who behavior towards our products, as well as understanding the client experience at various touch-points within Foodics in the entire customer Lifecyle.
To excel at that role, you need to be able to perform the Full Function Market Research Management and Customer Insights Management Role. You need to have to be proactively act on delivering insights relating to sales, trading and consumer trends which bridge the gap between core business units, whilst also challenging decision maker’s perspectives through the effective use of data driven intelligence. **Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze competition and understand the competitive landscape in all Foodics markets and internationally to drive smart growth initiatives and product enhancements
- Lead competitive benchmarking across different aspects including, commercial, operational, product & financial for top players in all key markets
- Manage external research agencies as needed to conduct primary market research to identify top competitors, segment the market, estimate market shared & more
- Conduct focus groups, interview existing customers & prospective customers & analyze voice of the customer to develop key growth strategies & insights
- Bring client segments to life by updating the different profiles, their relationship to Foodics products and what this means for the business.
- Lookout for revenue potential & opportunities in different markets, through different growth hacks or otherwise
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years of experience in a role that required heavy data reading, analysis and synthesizing
- Bachelor's Degree Engineering, Marketing or relevant field
- Preferred to have Certified Market Research Analyst (CMRA) certification
- Strong knowledge of various insights techniques combined with the ability to analyze and draw key findings from large amounts of complex data.
- Experience in tech/ SaaS industry operations is a strong plus
- Competent in both English and Arabic languages - talking and communication with confidence
