**Description**:

- Initially the function will act as Project Manager, creating internal and external trade and consumer understanding relevant to the category. During this phase, the S&M will develp the assessment, analysis and startegies to build the COMPANY business in KSA.
- The S&M reports to the General Manager Juices and will be aligned with the Plant Management Team. He will have close coordination with the COMPANY Operations Manager.

**Assessment & Analysis**
- Develops the assessment of the COMPANY business and defines the proper startegies for the short and long term growth of the COMPANY Sales & Marketing plans.
- Through frequent market visits, seek consumer knowledge and insights with regards to the category, brand and competitive products.
- Through frequent market visits, seek knowledge of trade, shoppers behaviour and channels (in home and out of home) with regards to pricing, merchandising, promotions.
- Create a category fact book for the COMPANY focused on Sales Teams, building profound knowledge of the Features, Advantages & Benefits of the COMPANY Brands with proper understanding of the trade and shopper.
- Provide feedback / inputs to Management at all stages of the New Sales & Marketing strategic plans.

**Implement Plans**
- Responsible for planning, executing and evaluating the short and long term plans.
- Co-ordinate with COMPANY Opeartions in preparation and implementation of communication and promotion plan.
- Responsible to communicate launch plans to the AFD sales force.
- Ensure that volume performance is tracked against target (by channel & region) analyses sales data and writes recommendation with regards to progress vs. plan.
- Responsible to define strategies to build product and to ensure full alignment of AFD with regards to implementation.
- Define core distribution and merchandising guidelines.

**Sales & Marketing Function**
- Responsible to ensure acheivement of category volume / value Objectives.
