**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to secure new business opportunities in **corporate events, exhibitions, concerts, and themed activations**.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government entities, and event organizers.
- Identify and pursue leads for **B2B partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations** within the event industry.
- Work closely with **designers and production teams** to conceptualize and pitch **exhibition themes, booth designs, and event setups** tailored to client needs.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in **event technology, lighting, and immersive experiences** to offer innovative solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve revenue targets and profit margins.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to budgets and timelines.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to generate leads.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the event management industry.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- **5+ years of experience** in sales and business development within the **events, exhibitions, or entertainment industry**.
- Proven track record in securing and managing **corporate events, concerts, light shows, and exhibition setups**.
- Strong understanding of **booth/stand design, themed exhibitions, and event concept development**.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet sales targets, and drive revenue growth.
- Experience working in **Saudi Arabia or the GCC market** is a plus.
- Fluent in **English; Arabic proficiency** is an advantage.
