**Job Summary**
This role requires advanced expertise in processing and handling supplier invoices in accordance with established procedures. Responsibilities include reviewing and matching transport-related invoices against open jobs and accruals through systems like CargoWise, WebCost, MicroTransport, and SAP. The position also demands effective communication with the Operations team to resolve any discrepancies or disputes at the invoice level. Additional duties include the approval of invoices within designated thresholds and overseeing process performance (timeliness and quality) for a selected group of Process Assistants within the Cost Match team.

**Daily Tasks**
- Monitor accruals and ensure alignment with job records.
- Follow up with Operations for outstanding vendor invoices.
- Review vendor invoices against accruals in job records to confirm matching amounts.
- Process invoices through Webcost within approved thresholds.
- Offset AP debits for advance payments in coordination with the SSC team.
- Address and resolve IT, AIF, and Webcost issues as needed.
- Clear accruals aged over four weeks and review JRRD.
- Coordinate with the Customs team to reconcile customs, credit card, and Sadad statements.

**Strategic/Tactical**
- Perform accrual matching for assigned accounts, typically with moderate to complex structures.
- Ensure timely responses to internal and external communications.
- Escalate concerns to superiors immediately.

**Reports and Analytics**
- Document daily tasks and updates in Excel.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.

**Process and Compliance**
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in line with agreed SLAs.
- Adhere to established process flows and work instructions.
- Address quality issues raised by stakeholders.
- Review and approve invoice postings to CW1 and MT within agreed thresholds.
- Monitor process compliance to meet legal and regulatory standards.

**Baseline Qualifications**
**Education/Special Studies**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

**Experience**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance and Accounting
- Over 2 years of experience specifically in Accounts Payable (AP) processing

**Specialization/Industry**
- Experience in Logistics and Transportation industries
- Proficiency in Accounts Payable, Shared Services, or BPO environments

**Skills / Requirements**

4. Skilled in critically observing processes and implementing improvements
5. Proficient analytical skills
6. Strong teamwork capabilities
7. Proficiency in SAP
8. Clear and comprehensive written communication skills for query resolution
9. Excellent command of the English language
10. Competency in relevant tools and technologies to enhance service efficiency
11. Familiarity with globally recognized methodologies for troubleshooting and process design
12. Ability to effectively share knowledge and mentor team members to enhance team competencies
13. Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including sorting/filtering data, conditional formatting, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation, consolidation, and data groupinghas context menu
