talentorder is working with a global leading consulting firm recruiting this pivotal hire within the Corporate Finance Advisory team.

The Corporate Finance Advisory team has been involved in a number of award winning debt raising transactions in the GCC and is involved from funding and financing strategy through to financial close and into refinancing.

As well as being a central member of the Corporate Finance Advisory team, you will regularly work with the broader services lines, notably M&A and Government & Infrastructure as well as other service lines including Performance Improvement and Real Estate to optimise our client's multidisciplinary model.

While you will be based in the UAE or KSA, you will be primarily focused on originating and executing deals in the KSA. You will also collaborate with the Debt & Capital Advisory practises across EMEA.

Your role within this exciting team will be to assist clients achieve their funding objectives which will incorporate a wide range of debt engagements.

Our expert team provides advice on:

- Financial feasibility and modelling
- Funding and financing strategy
- Financing execution
- Refinancing strategy and execution

We are active across a range of financings including:

- Corporate and Real Estate Finance
- Project Finance
- Export Credit Agency finance

**Key responsibilities**:

- This role is specifically focused on the Debt Advisory service offered by our client where they support government related entities and private sector clients in funding and financing strategy and financing execution (i.e. debt raising) to financial close
- Lead business development activities including seeking to originate a strong pipeline to successfully generate profitable work;
- Introduce wider firm services to clients;
- Helps client make confident decisions based on sophisticated analyses of available information to drive deal success
- Leads engagements and provides strategic direction to the team to deliver a superior client experience
- Develops relationships, establishes credibility with, and instills confidence in clients
- Understands drivers of growth, profitability, and cash flow as well as a client’s financial statements and key performance measures
- Identifies relevant business trends, economic forces, and industry practices and can confidently discuss with the client
- Sets direction regarding the development and compliance of standards, guidelines, and service agreements
- Maximising deal value by influencing the business on financial and operational decisions in transaction area of expertise
- Combines expertise in one stage of a transaction with a deep understanding of a particular industry/sector and advises on integration points an critical focus areas
- Builds and improves client’s underlying alliance capabilities in identifying, evaluating, negotiating, implementing, managing, and governing alliances — based on our clients leading practices, frameworks, and methodologies
- Participates and leads aspects of the proposal development process, ensuring all integration solutions are compatible with overall architecture goals, product strategy, and standards
- Develops an effective and realistic funding strategy tailored to client’s development plans and related financing requirements
- Provides industry and functional experience as well as peer group benchmarking of financial metrics to help clients identify performance gaps and drive data driven decision-making

**Experience required**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of experience in financial advisory within a government finance department, a private sector corporate finance team or another debt advisory firm working in corporate and/or real estate finance
