**About this opportunity**

We are now looking for a Critical Environment Management MS who will lead a team of Critical Environment Management specialists responsible for white space management, electromechanical equipment capacity management and resources allocation of Customer’s technical facilities.

**What you will do**
- Racks and Infrastructure deployment and cabling standards enforcement and enforcement of relevant standards NEBS, TIA, BICSI, ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.
- Power, Space and Floor Management (where applicable) and Tracking mechanism and effective process for noting issues with air flow management and electrical power monitoring
- Load and Capacity Management (Thresholds, utilization, energy for electrical, cooling, and architectural)
- Commissioning Management Participation in particular for passive assets
- Pre-installation and post installation checks (if applicable)
- Rack, infrastructure and cabling inventory and documentation in tool
- Reviewing, assisting, coordinating with company for all Space, Power, Cooling assignments and Cable Management for new rack installations and existing equipment relocation as per guidelines
- Providing Floor space assignment/management racks management and coordinating rack location with existing infrastructure
- Providing feedback to company and leading activities for the powered-off, decommissioning and phased-out equipment
- Providing site surveys and feasibility for space, AC/DC power, cooling, airflow management, grounding, fire stopping, labeling, cabling pathway, connectivity, equipment delivery path, weight, floor loading, shelter deployment, converting non-white space area to white space area, etc. whenever needed by company
- Ensuring all company requests are fulfilled through detailed supporting studies including (surveys, meetings, consultation, etc.)
- Providing detailed reports on all site capacities availability and limitations on a periodic, monthly and ad-hoc basis and maintaining their dashboards based on company requirements
- Capacity report including rack quantities as per floor plan, rack densities as per Space Power Request data, and available outdoor/indoor space, and power capacity and utilization, and cooling availability. Reserving and marking floor space and site capacities based on company requirements to support all network planning deployment forecasting processes

- Providing all needed assistance to company during and after deployment of any monitoring or control systems (such as DCIM, BMS) to monitor central power monitoring system, cooling and site monitoring systems
- Proposing cooling density in white space area by studying as-built, site installations, standards, company guidelines, etc. and providing recommendations for high density deployment including containment cooling Providing support and advice for site assets tagging to company
- Supporting company change management and Incident management requirements
- Using tools which are required for better white space environmental (i.e., thermal cameras, airflow meters, tile lifters, clamp meters, crash carts, ladders, etc.) Providing approvals of white space environmental changes and preventive or corrective maintenance activities
- Ensuring that all white space rooms and storage rooms are garbage, combustible material and fire hazards free
- Advising company with latest technology and best practices in technical building and Telco industry
- Producing a regular report on cooling system and power utilization effectiveness and providing recommendations for improving efficiency Ensuring all Network stakeholders follow international and company Structured Cabling Management guidelines as well as cable/hardware labelling, naming convention, removal of abandoned cables/hardware/patch cords, grounding, telecom earthing practices (are followed as per TIA-607), fire stopping, closing all raised floor opening with brushes, etc.
