Manager - Retention Marketing - Products
This role is responsible for planning and implementing data-led strategies to engage with customers by creating, implementing, analyzing, and optimizing marketing campaigns through various digital touchpoints to enable retention and engagement.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute marketing plans to drive customer retention, engagement and upsell through digital platforms
- Undertake a thorough customer journey mapping initiative and devise a lifecycle communications strategy (pre onboarding, active customer, lapsed customer)
- Create synergy and connection between creatives, messages, and intentionality in each part of the funnel
- Assess data from marketing automation tools and establish incrementality due to campaigns
- Identify opportunities for user engagement and process improvement, quantify the impact, and drive implementation
**Qualifications**
**Preferred Qualifications**
A tertiary-level qualification from an internationally recognized institution
**Years & Nature of Experience**
- Would have 5 to 7 years of equivalent experience where required competencies and experience have been demonstrated
- Expertise in the mobile marketing stack (e.g. automation tools such as Moengage, Clevertap, Braze) and data analytics
- A specialist individual contributor or a team lead who has managed and delivered projects
- Has team or technical supervision skills
- Demonstrated expertise and experience with complex technical activities
- Has worked with more senior staff and dealt with complex issues, larger clients, accounts, projects, or internal relationships.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on real-time performance optimization, with an ability to organize and crunch data, interpret metrics and identify trends
