To lead and oversee the work of employees in Option 1 Event Services India Pvt. Ltd. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as setting strategic goals for the future. You have to be well versed in all matters business and a competent leader able to provide guidance that enhances performance in a manner that incorporates the company’s vision and culture.

The goal will be to ensure the profitability of the company’s activities to drive sustainable development and long-term success.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- Developing business management goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity.
- Continually developing Organization’s brand and building increasing awareness in the Industry.
- Developing and managing relationships with potential clients, influencers and key stakeholders.
- Evaluating new opportunities to ensure resources focus on the best opportunities in Industry.
- Managing proposals, submissions and bids.
- Monitoring competitors and reviewing organization’s offering in-light of industry developments.
- To lead the marketing team and oversee marketing budgets and activities.
- To oversee and ensure timely execution & delivery of Projects.
- Negotiation with suppliers and clients to determine the best deal for the Organization.

**Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)**
- Develop and review goals based on objectives set by the management and communicate it to the team.
- Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
- Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
- Discovers and explores business opportunities.
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations.
- Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities.
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
- Create and maintain an atmosphere in which employees willingly produce at maximum capacity.
- Suggest improvement and redesigning of organization structure based on business requirement.
- Supervise maintenance of preferred staffing level.
- Assign employee responsibilities and maintain job descriptions.
- Develop performance standards and communicate the Key Performance/ Result Areas (KPA/ KRA) & Key Performance Indicators (KPl)
- Manage performance by periodic reviews, appraisals and motivating people by rewards, incentives and recognition policies.
- Provide opportunities for employee advancement and career growth.
- Take measures to retain the best talents in the Organization.
- Develop working relationships with other organizations within the business community.
- Represent the Organization to the business community during meetings or events.
- Build a positive image of the Organization.
- Prepare and present annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans with strategies, promotion mix and discuss with management the budget for the same.
- Review and analyze the marketing efforts and make necessary changes in the future plans.
- Envisage and design different sales channels for maximizing market penetration.
- Supervise all the channel managers, communicate goals and targets help them devise strategies to achieve the goals
- Ensure that employees have the knowledge and information needed along with the appropriate sales tools to get desired sales results.

Pay: From ﷼25,000.00 per month
