Code 81 is looking for a strategic and dynamic Sales Director with over 15 years of experience in sales leadership and business development to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market share in Saudi Arabia.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding into new markets and industries, and establishing strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers to drive sales and enhance the company's reputation and market presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies, including market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive positioning.
- Familiarity with sales management software and CRM systems, with the ability to leverage technology to streamline sales processes and enhance productivity.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
