**Position**:
Project Management: The Senior Project Manager will oversee various marine projects within KSA, encompassing day-to-day commercial management such as budget control, invoicing, cost management, etc. Additionally, the role involves ensuring technical delivery meets client expectations, which includes interfacing with clients, coordinating with technical teams in Bahrain and Dubai, and ensuring functional requirements are met. Technical oversight, particularly in Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC), will be provided by existing technical leads.

Business Development (KSA specific): In line with Ayesa's strategic objectives, the Senior Project Manager will actively participate in business development initiatives specific to KSA. This includes identifying project opportunities, attending face-to-face meetings, and adopting a strategic and entrepreneurial approach to engineering consultancy.

Tendering (KSA specific): Collaborating closely with the ME tendering function led by our Principal Project Manager, the Senior Project Manager will contribute to the development of high-quality, targeted tenders aimed at bolstering Ayesa's marine & coastal division backlog. This involves assisting in tender creation, ensuring alignment with client requirements, and optimizing competitiveness in the market.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marine & coastal engineering, with a track record of successful project management in the Middle East.
- Strong understanding of commercial management practices and technical delivery in the marine industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and drive results in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Arabic language is preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently within KSA and occasionally internationally as required.
