YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- Assists superiors in some clerical work such as typing, filing, photocopying and memo circulations.
- Types in Arabic the required reports and correspondences as instructed by superiors.
- Assists in updating files, employees’ file and OASYS such as iqama and passport details, licenses and IDs.
- Work closely with different functions in the organization on administrative related issue
- Drafts and prepares employment contract for new hires regardless of whether they are full time or casuals.
- Assists the HR supervisor in organizing staff events and updates notice board as when necessary.
- Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
- Anticipate employees needs and take appropriate actions to resolve employee’s complaints with HR supervisor.
- Develop awareness and reputation of the hotel and the brand in the local community by participating in every local community services and activities.
- administering payroll and maintaining employee records with HR supervisor.
- preparing staff handbooks.
- Helping staff about any problems they may have, either at work or personally and reporting it to the HR supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place
- Inform affected staff or residents of unexpected absences from work and coordinate actions ensuring the continuity of services such as cancellation of meetings and locating keys.
- Updating the HR supervisor with needs reports.
- Recommend solutions to resolve chronic attendance difficulties.
- Updating the civil soft (HR system) in a daily basis and report all the issues to the HR supervisor in addition to ensure that a proper employees’ records on sy stem and files is maintained in the Department
- Double check all the sick leaves carefully.
- Manage HR reception such as letters requests and personnel files.
- coordinating of employment residence visa, renewals, visa medicals and termination of employment along with the PRO team.
