Reporting to a Recruitment Manager, this role would suit a strong recruiter who works either in-house in a professional services organisation, for an agency or for an RPO and wants to gain more exposure in a growing international organisation. Any of these backgrounds is desirable to us, so long as you are passionate about recruitment
Main responsibilities will include:

- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for applicants:

- running screening calls with applicants
- gathering and collating feedback from interviewers in a timely manner and ensuring maintenance of quality throughout process
- Preparing regular reporting (weekly and monthly) for key stakeholders, recruitment calls and Leadership Team
- Understanding the profiles/skillsets required for our projects/clients and using that knowledge to market map and talent pool potential and future hires.
- Manage roles on LinkedIn, LinkedIn advertising as well as headhunting, where needed
- Developing relationships with local universities, organising and participating in local careers fairs.
- Engaging and managing the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) and Ministry of Human Resources & Social Development (HRSD) Programmes
- Working closely with global recruitment and staffing teams, project managers, VP Leads and finance to anticipate changing trends and requirements
- Support other recruitment projects and initiatives

**Essential Requirements**
- Well-rounded education. A Bachelor’s degree is highly desirable
- Must have prior experience with recruitment within professional services firms.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic
- Able to work with high volume and to deliver a high standard of work in a fast-paced environment
- Organised with a very strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and independently
- Prior experience engaging HRDF and HRSD and/or developing subsidised train-to-employ programmes desirable
- Adaptable and able to succeed in a changeable environment
- Demonstrable proactive approach, able to work on own initiative, with a can do attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills, motivated and positive
- IT literate, proficiency with MS Office required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
