**What you will do**
The Sales Support Specialist-Retail Solutions will be directly reporting to the Regional Director for the Sensormatic Solutions Middle East. You will be part of Sensormatic, a division of Johnson Controls which is a provider of a variety product and solutions for the retail industry.
You will be based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and directly interact with our customers daily, improving the customer experience and driving continuous improvements in operation excellence. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your administrator capabilities to deliver in a multicultural environment.

How you will do it
As the Sales Support Specialist you will be a key member of Sensormatic Solutions covering the Middle East region. You’ll provide both the Sales & Service team with administrative support, processing orders, maintaining the sales quotations database, crafting purchase requisitions and processing invoices. Addition to this you will also be responsible for crafting sales pipeline, arrange for meetings with Sales team. This role will also give an opportunity of frontline exposure as you will be needed meet customers as and when required.

You will support the Regional Director, providing monthly reports on activity, processing orders, coordinating project delivery, and working closely with the finance department to ensure timely order to cash processes.

You are an assertive communicator, self-motivated, hard-working, and have a customer focused demeanor which will help to build positive relationship with our global customers.

**What we look for**

**Required**
- University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of experience as customer technology support or Inside Sales within real estate industry within GCC
- Experience of working in or handling clients across real estate or shopping malls within GCC
- Strong Digital literacy, including MS Office & Outlook
- Fluent language skills in English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good attention to detail, process oriented and customer focused

**Preferred**
- Experience of working in Administration or Coordination role in Retail / Service sector.
- Proficient language skills in Arabic
- Valid KSA driving license
