**Job Title**: Logistics Operations Manager

**Job Summary**:
Join an ambitious startup trucking company as the Operations Manager and help drive the growth and success of our innovative logistics solutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day transportation, fleet management, and delivery operations to ensure efficient, reliable, and cost-effective services for our expanding client base. With your expertise in the Saudi Arabian trucking industry, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our operational strategies and processes to meet the unique market demands.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Spearhead the optimization of our transportation network, including route planning, vehicle scheduling, and dispatch management to maximize fleet utilization and on-time deliveries
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of our truck fleet to maintain the highest standards of safety and performance
- Monitor and analyze key operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process enhancements
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing trucking operations in KSA
- Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their evolving logistics needs and tailor our services accordingly
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales, customer service, and finance teams to align operations with the company's strategic objectives
- Develop and implement training programs to upskill our driving team and enhance their productivity and safety awareness
- Contribute to the development of innovative logistics solutions and technologies to strengthen our competitive edge
- Provide insightful reports and recommendations to the executive leadership team to support data-driven decision-making

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in transportation or logistics operations management, preferably in the Saudi Arabian market
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Proficient in utilizing transportation management software, data analytics tools, and digital technologies
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and a customer-centric approach
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and mentor a high-performing team
