**What You'll Be Doing**:
Knowledge Management Strategy and Framework
- Support the Knowledge Management head (KMH) in reviewing the program's KM vision, mission, and policy statements and demonstrate those cultural values as an SME.
- Support KMH in providing various reports e.g. but not limited to: lessons learned executive summary, summary findings, lessons learned survey(s), and recommendations in detail.
- Support the KMH review of the lessons learned function organizational structure, RACI matrix, and KPIs, classifying the NTL program’s KM risks and creating NTL departments' mandatory lessons learned register.
- Store the lessons learned in a central repository that everyone can access and grant access to the lessons learned systems for relevant stakeholders.
- Work with functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to secure KMH approval and ongoing evaluation of Delivery Partners’ KM material (e.g., KM and Lessons Learned Manual, Plans, Processes & Guidance, Templates, Policies, and Procedures,etc.).
- Assist Quality Management Systems (QMS) department heads in ensuring appropriate lessons learned registers are provided.
- Assist the KMH in the design and deployment (internal and external) of the program's KM and lessons learned strategy, procedures, and plans to ensure Lessons Learned ethos is incorporated and IMS compliance is maintained.
- Support the rewards and recognition system to promote a culture of KM lessons learned.
- Bring management failures or potential lessons learned violations to the attention of the KMH and ensure quick resolution of raised recommendations, complaints, or issues by assigned parties.
- Ensures that the lessons learned program is aligned with NTL's strategy and meets its needs and transformation goals (e.g., lessons learned capturing culture, sharing culture, curiosity, learning, etc.).
- In collaboration with KM&TM, ensure vetting and editing new blog posts to ensure that the content is relevant, the language is appropriate, and the posts add value to the NTL community.
- Organizing in-person and/or virtual lessons learned events, as determined in close consultation with KMH, and rewriting event descriptions accessible through the NTL portal.
- In collaboration with the KM&TM, develop monthly KM newsletters featuring the latest KM content, announcements, and events.
- Regularly scanning previous blog posts to ensure that outdated posts that are over 5 years old have been properly archived.
- Filter and tag blog articles, tools, best practices, and other resources, and maintain the correct keywords and search terms for all relevant information so that search functions return the most pertinent results.
- Attending KMH requested management calls to update them on project activities, difficulties, mitigation strategies, and any queries.
- Perform other tasks that may come up in consultation with KMH.

**Lessons Learned Approach**:

- Support the KM team, and ensure all KM lessons learned plans are updated based on a continual improvement process, and lessons learned requirements. Ensure addressing feedback from the KM team, QMS, other departments, and NTL’s various organizations. Support KMH to ensure that pertinent lessons learned requirements and activities are implemented and managed. Support the DP innovation strategy and ensure it is in alignment with the lessons learned strategy.

**Lessons Learned Administration**:

- Assist the KMH in preparing the management review presentation, reports, executive summaries, and other supplemental materials. Manage daily administration of role-related workflows and schedules. Maintain documents pertinent to the position in accordance with QA guidelines. Participate in required KM function team meetings and provide constructive input. Participate in and make a positive contribution to required external coordination meetings if required by the KMH. Support the mentorship strategy within the KM function. Obtain KMH's approval to share opportunities and information regarding KM related lessons learned with the program employees.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of successful leadership, preferably with large-scale projects.
- Minimum of five years of relevant expertise in knowledge management, organizational learning and/or strategic learning.
- Demonstrable experience online and offline, leading learning activities, facilitation, and training exercises.
