SAP Solution Architect for CRM Project

Jawraa, a leading Saudi Digital Transformation company, is seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect for a CRM Project as part of our client's Public Investment Fund (PIF) 64 Billion SAR Culture and Tourism Destination Giga-Project in Riyadh.
As an SAP Solution Architect for the CRM Project, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing SAP CRM solutions aligned with project objectives and business requirements. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with business stakeholders and project teams to understand CRM requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient SAP solutions.
- Developing comprehensive solution architectures, including system integrations, data models, workflows, and user interfaces, using SAP CRM modules such as Sales, Marketing, and Service.
- Leading technical discussions and workshops to gather business requirements, define solution scope, and develop implementation plans.
- Providing strategic guidance and recommendations on SAP CRM best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to optimize business processes and enhance customer experience.
- Conducting system assessments, performance evaluations, and feasibility studies to ensure the successful implementation and integration of SAP CRM solutions.
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, system configurations, and integration specifications.
- Collaborating with development teams to oversee the implementation of SAP CRM solutions, ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines and design principles.
- Supporting post-implementation activities, including system testing, user training, and ongoing system maintenance and support.
- Keeping abreast of SAP CRM updates, patches, and releases, and providing insights on potential impacts and opportunities for improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as an SAP Solution Architect, with a focus on CRM projects.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP CRM modules, including Sales, Marketing, and Service, and expertise in solution design and implementation.
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture, integration methodologies, and data modeling concepts.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori/UI5, and SAP Cloud Platform is desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- SAP certification in Solution Architecture or related areas is preferred.
