**Job Title: Interface Manager**

**Job Overview**:
The Interface Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the coordination and integration of various interfaces within complex projects or programs. They ensure effective communication, collaboration, and resolution of interface issues between different stakeholders, teams, or systems involved in a project.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Interface Coordination**: Facilitate communication and collaboration between different project teams, departments, stakeholders, and external parties to ensure seamless integration.
- **Identification and Analysis**: Identify potential interface issues, risks, and conflicts, and perform in-depth analysis to propose and implement effective solutions.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain records of interface issues, resolutions, and progress, and prepare comprehensive reports for project leadership and stakeholders.
- **Mitigation of Interface Risks**: Proactively address interface challenges, employing problem-solving strategies to mitigate risks and prevent bottlenecks in project execution.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with project managers, engineers, designers, and other relevant teams to resolve interface-related concerns and ensure alignment in project objectives.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that interfaces align with project specifications, standards, and requirements.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously assess and improve interface management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in interface management within complex projects or programs.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage diverse stakeholders and teams.
- **Analytical Abilities**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve interface issues.
- **Project Management Tools**: Proficiency in project management software and tools for documentation and reporting.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
- **Leadership Skills**: Capacity to lead and manage interface-related tasks and activities.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
