Customer Experience Lead

AlBorg Diagnostics, a prominent and fast-growing healthcare company, is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Lead for the Eastern Region. As a Customer Experience Lead, you will play a vital role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty by implementing and managing customer-centric strategies and initiatives.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement effective solutions. You will also work closely with our marketing department to develop customer engagement programs that foster positive experiences and strong relationships with our customers in the Eastern Region. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and possess strong leadership and analytical skills, we want to hear from you
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer experience or customer-centric roles.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing customer experience initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive change and influence others.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of customer experience best practices and methodologies.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
