Presales Manager

As a **Presales Manager** for a bulk SMS company, to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of the computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines.
You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of the company’s computing needs position:
**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Plan sales strategies in response to market and competitors’ behavior.
- Work with the presales managers to determine the appropriate supplier and offerings.
- Work in sync with the product development team and develop sustainable and commercially viable products.
- Understand customer needs and make sales presentations.
- Liaise with the marketing team to undertake demand-generating activities such as trade shows or customer workshops.
- Build lasting relationships with customers.
- Prepare sales proposals and train other sales representatives from time to time.
- Identify training needs or requirements for themselves individually and for the team
- Train new members and identify and encourage areas for growth and development within the team
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a complete understanding of the client’s requirements, this might include client visits and presentation of solutions.
**Qualifications**:
- Speaks Arabic fluent and English both.
- Bachelors Degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, primarily Excel
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work as a manager and manage a team.
Pay: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼13,500.00 per month
