خريج جامعي ادارة أعمال أو الخدمات اللوجستية، أو دبلوم عالي في ادارة الأعمال أو ادارة الخدمات اللوجستية، أو يفضل شهادة معتمدة في المجال
خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في نفس مجال العمل (خريج جامعي) خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المجال (خريج الدبلوم)
يجيد اللغة العربية والانجليزية - خبرة في استقطاب وادارة الأفراد - مهارات التواصل الفعال - الاستخدام الفعال للتطبيقات المكتبية MS Office (Word
- تطوير استراتيجية واللوائح والإجراءات الخاصة بالمشتريات وإدارة المخازن التي تتناسب مع عمل ومتطلبات الشركة
- تطوير ومراقبة ميزانية تشغيل قسم المشتريات
- تنفيذ جميع مسؤوليات قسم المشتريات وتكوين الفريق اللازم لتحقيقها
- نشر الإجراءات ولوائح العمل وتوعية جميع الموظفين والعاملين بها
- العمل على تكوين قائمة من موردين استراتيجيين والتواصل معهم بشكل فعال
- وضع منهجيات لتقييم أداء الموردين وتقييم المنتجات والخدمات التي تم توريدها ورفع التقارير وتحليلها
- الدراسة المستمرة للسوق ومعرفة التطورات في المنتجات البديلة التي تساهم في خفض التكاليف وزيادة الجودة
- مراقبة حالة المخازن في المواقع المختلفة والتأكد من الاستخدام الفعال للموارد
- العمل مع إدارة العمليات والأقسام المعنية لتخطيط المتطلبات من المشتريات وتحديد ميزانيات الشركة من المشتريات
- رفع التقارير ولوحات القيادة للإدارة العليا بشكل دوري بأنشطة المشتريات
- إدارة ومراجعة والتدقيق في الكشوفات المالية الخاصة بالموردين
- التعاون مع قسم الشؤون القانونية لوضع عقود التوريد مع الموردين ومراجعتها
- التعاقد مع الموردين ضمن النطاق المسموح به
- العمل على خلق بيئة عمل إيجابية والحرص على تطوير كفاءات فريق العمل
تنفيذ أي أعمال أو متطلبات أخرى يطلبها المدير المباشر
