**Job Summary**:
The DOM is responsible for overseeing all activities related to the operation and maintenance of critical infrastructure of multiple Datacentre facilities sites in the western region of the Kingdom. The position requires strengths include both project management as well as in-depth technical ability and deep knowledge of Datacentre infrastructure operation, maintenance, and repair.

The DOM shall have the ability to work with the facility management team to ensure that the required maintenance services are delivered on time and with the best quality. He is fully responsible and accountable for maintaining the availability and uptime of multiple critical facilities as well as ensuring that the set maintenance services KPI’s are achieved.

Be responsible for sharing and implementing the best practice operation process and governance within the facilities management team and driving through innovative ways of cost savings, health & safety compliance.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Direct the day-to-day maintenance activities and manage the resources schedule for each site on 24x7 basis in coordination with site operation managers.
- Acts as Project Manager on guiding the facility management team on how to achieve the KPI and meet the SLA.
- Monitor and optimize the use of people, process, and tools to perform services that deliver the designated value using the ITIL service operation and service management (People, Process and Technology).
- Develops budgets and cost estimates for operations maintenance and staffing requirements.
- Provides direct management of maintenance, operations, out-sourced vendors, training and performance auditing of the critical facilities staff and supplemental labour providers.
- Develops and presents proposals and presentations to senior management and clients to support operational staffing, resource, budget, and project needs.
- Implement the standardized processes and procedures to increase the efficiency of operations efforts, testing and evaluating changes to assure availability goals and objectives are met at reasonable cost.
- Implement and standardizes emergency response procedures to minimize the impact of facility equipment and systems failures, identifying foreseeable site-specific failure modes and detailing appropriate responses.
- Prepare and consolidate the daily/ weekly/monthly services activities report.
- Monitor the maintenance and repair site work and communicate the progress to senior management and clients.
- Act as local escalation point for issues affecting the delivery of operation and maintenance services and facilitate the resolution of issues where support outside of the facility management team is required.
- Acts as a conduit for feedback on existing and new operation and maintenance processes deployed at all critical facilities.
- Enable and support coordinated efforts that impact timelines for operation, maintenance, and repair within the critical sites.
- Act as mentor for all site supervisors, represent and temporarily support work in the team if the program manager or site supervisor is absent.
- Monitors effectiveness of maintenance efforts for facilities, ensuring work is completed in accordance with target KPI’s.

**Education, Experience & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical or technical discipline
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in facilities operation and management
- Experience working in a 24/7 critical operations.
- Technical experience with knowledge in Datacentre field particularly on: Datacentre cooling and power, Whitespace management, Asset management, DCIM, BMS, Fibber and network technology, Datacentre facilities construction, Datacentre facilities commissioning.
- Project management experience in building scalable initiatives, defining roadmaps, and translating strategic initiatives into tactical, objective projects.
- Organizational and time management experience.
- Experience prioritizing and working on multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in communication, building relationships, consensus and removing roadblocks.
- Experience communicating stakeholders across different teams and locations.
- Experience in dealing with multiple projects, juggling different priorities and projects.
- Communication experience.
- Ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret the most complex business documents.
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues.
- Ability to write report, technical documents using distinctive style.

**Salary**: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼12,000.00 per month
