**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Strategic Planning & Business Development**:
a. Define and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy tailored to the thematic construction industry, supporting business growth and profitability.

b. Identify new business opportunities within theming sectors.

c. Build strategic partnerships to strengthen the company’s position in key markets.

**Financial Management**:
a. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for all thematic construction projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

b. Monitor financial performance, ensuring project costs are controlled and profitability is maximized.

c. Conduct regular financial audits to identify risks and implement cost-saving measures.

**Contract Negotiation & Management**:
a. Oversee contract negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring all contracts are favorable and meet legal requirements.

b. Manage the execution and enforcement of contracts across FRP, rockworks, facades, and specialty coatings projects.

c. Resolve any contract disputes swiftly, safeguarding project timelines and client relationships.

**Procurement & Supply Chain Management**:
a. Develop procurement strategies that ensure cost-effective and timely sourcing of materials and services for the full scope of projects, including metal and wood works.

b. Cultivate long-term relationships with key suppliers and subcontractors to ensure continuity of service.

c. Continuously evaluate procurement practices to optimize costs and efficiency.

Project & Risk Management:
a. Collaborate with project managers to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of complex projects, including thematic designs and specialty coatings.

b. Proactively monitor project progress and address potential issues before they impact timelines or budgets.

c. Identify and mitigate risks in areas such as design, material sourcing, and project execution.

**Team Leadership & Development**:
a. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing commercial team, promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence.

b. Provide targeted training to ensure the team stays ahead of industry trends and best practices, particularly in specialized fields like rockworks and FRP.

c. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and team growth.

**Client Relationship Management**:
a. Serve as the main point of contact for all commercial matters, ensuring clear and proactive communication with clients and stakeholders.

b. Build and maintain strong client relationships, particularly in niche areas such as thematic ensuring projects exceed expectations.

c. Anticipate and address client needs, positioning the company as a leader in thematic construction.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
a. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, construction management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant master’s degree is preferred.

b. At least 10 years of commercial management experience in the construction industry, with significant exposure to thematic construction.

c. Proven leadership experience, managing large-scale, multidisciplinary construction projects.

d. Strong financial management skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.

e. Deep understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes, and industry regulations.

f. Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

g. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
