Embrace the dynamic changes in the AEC sector We are actively seeking a seasoned and highly skilled Construction Technology Senior Manager to play a pivotal role in assisting organizations with the development and implementation of their** Digital Strategy on infrastructure projects**.

In this impactful position, you will collaborate closely with clients, providing support in the implementation of their digital strategy and optimizing the use of data, technology, and innovative work methodologies. As the Construction Technology Senior Manager, you will:

- Assist clients in identifying areas where technology can deliver business benefits, defining corresponding business requirements for infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document technology requirements and strategic goals.
- Develop a comprehensive digital strategy and roadmap to ensure the successful delivery of client requirements.
- Establish a benefits framework for clients, monitoring and implementing KPIs to continually measure the tangible results of technology.
- Prioritize robust information and data management, ensuring structured data for enhanced asset lifecycle management.
- Stay abreast of the evolving technology landscape in engineering and construction, identifying and prioritizing new partner and venture opportunities.
- Lead the bidding process for tenders and RFPs, overseeing proposal preparation, pitching, and negotiations for technology and digital opportunities.
- Manage consulting engagements with clients, taking charge of project delivery, and serving as a senior point of contact with the client.
- Design and maintain architectural blueprints for a diverse range of tools and technology solutions to meet organizational needs.
- Foster collaboration and proactive interface management among stakeholders across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful technology development and delivery.
- Support clients in organizational change management for the ongoing adoption of technology.
- Continuously optimize and enhance existing automation processes.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and third-party service providers to source necessary tools and technologies, aligning with the architecture and automation strategy.

**Specific Technical Requirements**:

- Proven track record in delivering digital consulting and digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with concepts such as Digital Transformation, Digital Twin, Smart Cities, and other technologies (IOT, cloud, Blockchain, AI), with an awareness of the GCC digital ecosystem.
- Strong BIM and Information Management experience, including implementation processes defined in ISO 19650.
- Experience and understanding of Infrastructure Asset Management (ISO 55000).
- IT Framework Experience - TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT.
- Knowledge of systems and hardware integration.
- Software Implementation Skills - C++, Unreal, Java, Python, Revit API (Preferred but not essential).

**General Requirements**:

- Experience working in asset-intensive industries (Aviation, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Rail, Highways).
- Ability to operate and influence at multiple levels in a complex, global organization.
- Organized and capable of driving projects from inception through to successful execution, balancing longer-term goals with near-term pressures.
- Passionate about leveraging technology and data to drive change across the construction sector.

**Qualifications**:

- Engineering degree (BSc, MSc, MEng).
- 10+ years of consulting experience in a Technology role.
